Session Description

A sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, and notice the movement of God in your life. Spiritual direction is an invitation to come as you are—with your questions, joys, uncertainties, transitions, hopes, and even your doubts—and make space to listen for what God might be saying beneath it all. In each 50 minute session, we slow the pace of life long enough to pay attention. Through conversation, prayer, silence, reflection, and contemplative practices, we explore where you are encountering God, where you may feel distant or uncertain, and what invitations might be unfolding in this particular season. A spiritual director does not have all the answers or tell you what you should do. Instead, spiritual direction offers a trusted companion who listens with you, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you notice the places where God may already be present and at work.
